The Townsville Grammar School Annandale campus offers a quality education for students from Pre-Prep to Year 6, in modern facilities, fully air-conditioned for warmer weather.

The Junior School aims to meet the particular needs of the individual child, through a stimulating, supportive and creative learning environment.

All students in Year 1-6 study these key curriculum areas:

In addition to this core curriculum each class has weekly lessons with Specialist staff in each of the following areas. This allows them to access teaching expertise beyond that of their own classroom teacher which creates a wonderfully stimulating learning environment.

From Year 4 to Year 6 the students also study LOTE (Languages Other Than English). At Townsville Grammar School, this language is Indonesian for Years 4 to 6.
