School Closure - 1 February 2019

Dear Colleagues,

Please find below a copy of the email sent to all TGS families this evening cancelling school tomorrow. 

With regards to the closure of the School, if it is safe for you to do so, I ask that you attend your campus tomorrow to help supervise any students who do not successfully receive this message.  Otherwise, please feel welcome to work from home.  The boarders at the North Ward campus will also require supervision – any assistance offered during the day would be greatly appreciated. 

Dear TGS Community,
State and Catholic Schools within Townsville will be closed on Friday, 1 February, due to the extreme weather conditions.  In line with our policy, all campuses of Townsville Grammar School will also be closed on Friday, 1 February.  This is inclusive of our EEC and Pre-Prep Centre.  Our Boarders will have an alternative programme organised on the North Ward campus.  Any further updates will be found on our social media platforms.
