Our Enrolment Process

Our Enrolment Procedure:
Enrolling is a two-part process, as is outlined below:

1. Enrolment Application

2. Confirmation of Enrolment

Enrolment Applications:  

  • Please complete the Enrolment Form in full
  • Complete the Parent Statement Form (for Pre-Prep enrolments only)   
  • Provide a copy of your child's Birth Certificate  
  • Provide a copy of your child's latest school report (for those who have attended school)  
  • Provide the names and telephone numbers of two referees, one of which should be the Principal or Teacher of your child at their current school 
  • Payment of the $110 Application Fee (see below for payment options)

Confirmation of Enrolment

  • The enrolment application is processed and parents are advised of availability of placement.  Enrolment confirmation forms will be provided to parents.
  • Please complete enrolment confirmation forms
  • Payment of the $300 Confirmation Fee

Application & Confirmation Fee payment options:

  • Using the Credit Card Authority within the Enrolment Application Form
  • At the School office, by cash, cheque, credit/debit card or money order 
  • By phone (07 4722 4900) or fax (07 4721 5783) for credit card payments

Please note: completing and returning the Application Form and accompanying documentation does not guarantee a position at the School. Each Application is reviewed and parents will be contacted regarding the offer of a place.
